So… John McCain announced his vice presidential pick today. Sarah Palin. Good GOD! She’s a cougar, confirm/deny?
I’ve decided to get stickers printed up that say ‘McCain/Cougar 08′
Whether you’re a liberal or a conservative, you’ll enjoy that. You read it here first, so if you see them floating around somewhere else, they stole my idea!
Yeah… so […]

So, I’m attempting to actually get caught up on some work today, after literally sleeping all day yesterday (see a few paragraphs down) and I’m noticing that my internet is just insanely slow. Laggy. Slow. Choppy. Stunted. Intermittent. All of the above. So, here’s what I see after doing some tests:
C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools>tracert 64.192.86.1
Tracing […]

I.T. - we’re overpaid and underused… that is until something breaks. Truly, we are ghosts… no one knows what we do… until the Internet stops working.
I don’t miss spending nights on the office floor waiting for mail recovery, database recovery, etc…
It’s nice to have a stable system that fails-over…
That is, until I inadvertently break it […]

Know what’s disgusting? People who are still under the assumption that the 9/11 attacks were somehow linked to Saddam Hussein and the war in Iraq (if you really want to call it a “war”). The current administration has admitted dozens of times that it was misinformed (or gave misinformation) and that a direct link was […]

Good review over at God Hates Reno of a new book: Historic Photos of Reno. Check it out. Makes me wish I were 100 years old. Speaking of 100 years old… shouldn’t we be seeing a 7.0 earthquake sometime soon? I felt a small quick one tonight. I’m guessing it was in the mid […]

IRSuck holds two meanings in this case:
1)I Are Suck because I didn’t pay my quarterly taxes, so I got an $84 fee added to my taxes.
2)The IRS sucks. I just wrote my check for $3063 to the glorious, and, in my opinion, unconstitutional Internal Revenue Service.
Good luck guys! Don’t spend it all in one place… […]

Dave & Sherissa are getting married soon.
Haley & Chris are getting married + having a baby soon.
Shelly has had two kiddos, and is essentially married.
Lindsay McCabe has a kiddo and is married (confirm/deny?).
Ben & Justyne are essentially married.
Mike & Victoria are essentially married.
They all seem fairly happy, at least content. You’re all lame! I say […]

I got a cold-call a little while ago on the business number from an Indian man named “Rick Anderson” trying to sell me his outsourcing services for web development, SEO, and such… I could tell he was Indian
1) by the thick accent, and lack of proper pronunciation of common English words,
2) by the ‘Unknown” number […]

Wow… sometimes I just get really bummed out. Right now is one of those moments. I bet you can’t guess why?
In other news I’m pushing Ireland back… way back… like June or July. Justin is coming back April 25th, and unfortunately I don’t think I have the two weeks to take off prior to that […]

I don’t remember where I read this… but it was some point in the last 10 days. Someone stated something along these lines:
“Crappy web developers will send you a template Word document, asking for basic information about your site. Quality developers will ask to set up a meeting in order to sit down and discuss […]
